Description

  • Clean the office and customers’ area clean.
  • Keep the outside office premises clean all the time.
  • Clean the comfort room every day.
  • Recycle and segregate the trash.
  • Keeps and monitors the inventory of cleaning supplies.
  • Assisting VIP or visitors during their stay at the office.
  • Grass cutting every once a month or as needed.
  • Follow the Daily and Weekly tasks schedule.
  • Run errands for bank payment, deposit and pick up thru banks as needed.
  • Run errands outside the office as needed.
  • Performs other functions that maybe assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • 20 – 40 years of old
  • At least High School graduate       
  • Can drive motorcycle
  • Have an updated driver’s license 
  • Can work with shifting schedule
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
