Description

The Merchant Partner Coordinator will serve as the main point of contact between the company and its partner merchants. This role is responsible for onboarding, maintaining strong business relationships, coordinating operational requirements, resolving concerns, and ensuring smooth collaboration to drive mutual growth.

  • Merchant Onboarding
  • Assist in the registration, documentation, and setup of new merchants.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and requirements.
  • Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with partner merchants.
  • Address merchant inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Act as liaison between internal teams (operations, finance, marketing, etc.) and merchants.
  • Operational Coordination
  • Monitor merchant performance, transactions, and service quality.
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns, events, and marketing activities with merchants.
  • Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and service availability.
  • Reporting & Monitoring
  • Track merchant activities, performance metrics, and service compliance.
  • Prepare regular reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Issue Resolution
  • Handle escalations and resolve operational challenges.
  • Ensure smooth transaction flow and settlement processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • Experience in partner management, account coordination, customer service, or related roles preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
