Description
- Assist in the development and execution of merchandising strategies.
- Coordinate product displays and visual merchandising efforts.
- Analyze sales data and inventory levels to optimize product assortment.
- Support the buying team with vendor communication and order processing.
- Help maintain accurate product information and pricing in the system.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in merchandising or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in inventory management, effective teamwork, and knowledge of sales training and management.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, may require occasional weekend or evening shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, proactive, and excellent communication abilities.
