  • Validate completeness and authenticity, conduct initial processing of incoming shipments
  • Process requests for product purchase/s
  • Submit periodic reports on product requests
  • Keep updated record of incoming shipments
  • Facilitate release of payments to suppliers and file supporting docs of transactions
  • Provide additional support to the brands as needed.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Exhibit problem-solving and able to multi task
