Description
- Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to determine product demand.
- Collaborate with suppliers and buyers to select and purchase merchandise.
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking of products.
- Maintain visual presentation standards for the retail environment.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in wholesale practices, inventory management, effective planning, and supply chain management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage stock levels, analyze sales data, coordinate with suppliers, and optimize inventory flow.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential on-site visits to warehouses and suppliers.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, proactive in problem-solving, and strong communication skills.
