Description
- Represent East Lane Corporation, a key player in the Supply Chain sector, providing medical solutions to healthcare professionals.
- Identify customer needs and deliver expert knowledge on products, fostering strong relationships for business growth.
- Negotiate contracts, manage product launches, and achieve sales targets through strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, delivering exceptional service and value to our healthcare partners.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma degree in a related field; advanced coursework in biology, medicine, or pharmacology is a plus.
- Experience Level: No previous experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Solid medical knowledge, strong negotiation skills, thorough product knowledge, and excellent communication skills are essential.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Promoting and selling medical products to healthcare professionals, explaining product benefits and features, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
- Working Conditions: Fieldwork in various healthcare settings; requires travel and flexible hours, including possible evenings and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: A successful Medical Sales Representative must be highly motivated, personable, and have a strong ethical foundation for dealing with healthcare professionals.
