Key Responsibilities

VME is currently looking for a Medical Sales Representative in Laguna Area.

As a Medical Sales Representative, you are responsible for representing the company’s products to physicians, and retail pharmacies while establishing long-term relationships with the client. The Medical Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales performance and ensuring sales forecasts and assigned budgets to meet or exceed territory expectations. The Medical Sales Representative will also serve as the company's primary gateway to new business with hospitals, physicians' offices, and specialty groups within the industry.

  • Undergo and complete all training requirements by the company and should be familiarized with the company products.
  • Ability to engage in dialogue with healthcare professionals about the company product’s efficacy and safety profiles as well as the approved indications.
  • Possess an assertive, motivated, dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • You will work closely with the Supervisor/Sales Manager to develop a local strategy and business plan to meet or exceed sales in the assigned area. This role will require extensive travel throughout the assigned area.
  • Adhere to all guidelines and regulations pertaining to dealings with medical professionals, and the distribution of products.
  • Flexible and willing to do fieldwork in Pampanga, Bataan & Zambales.

Area: Preferably a Resident of Calamba, Laguna.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's or College Degree, Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Nursing, or equivalent.
  • Preferably 1-4 years experience specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
  • A driven and goal-oriented person with excellent personal presentation skills and the ability to work as part of a team
  • The candidate must possess excellent communication, organization, and influencing skills.
