The Medical Representative is responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital personnel. The role aims to build strong customer relationships, increase product awareness, and achieve sales targets while ensuring ethical compliance with company and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote assigned pharmaceutical products to physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals through regular field visits.
• Conduct product presentations, medical detailing, and product sampling.
• Organize and attend doctor group meetings, round table discussions, and product launches.
• Monitor and analyze territory sales performance and market trends.
• Ensure timely submission of daily call reports, sales reports, and other required documentation.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors’ products, sales tactics, and market conditions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure product loyalty and brand awareness.
• Ensure all activities comply with applicable industry regulations and company policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, or other health-related courses (preferred but not required for all companies).
• With or without experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Goal-oriented and results-driven.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willing to do fieldwork and be assigned in specific territories.

Other Requirements:

• Willing to travel within the assigned territory.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license (if applicable).
• Willing to undergo training and product certification.
