We are looking for a detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with healthcare providers to accurately document patient encounters, ensuring efficiency and quality in medical records.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately transcribe provider-patient interactions into electronic medical records (EMR).
• Update patient charts with medical histories, assessments, and treatment plans.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and confidentiality of all medical documentation.
• Assist providers with administrative tasks to streamline workflow.

Qualifications:

1. Strong English communication and listening skills.
2. Background in medical terminology or healthcare experience is a plus.
3. Fast typing speed and high attention to detail.
4. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced clinical setting.
