- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals.
- Conduct product presentations and provide information on medications.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with sales team to achieve targets and increase market share.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in drug sales or medical representation.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, sales and negotiation skills, in-depth product knowledge, effective relationship building, and presentation skills.
- Working Conditions: Primarily field-based within a designated territory, frequent travel required.
- Qualities and Traits: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, and a passion for healthcare.
