Job Overview

We are hiring PHRN and Non-RN Medical Coders to support non-voice healthcare coding operations. The role focuses on accurate medical coding using CPT and HCPCS, ensuring compliance with industry standards and productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate medical coding using CPT and HCPCS guidelines
• Review clinical documentation and assign appropriate codes
• Ensure compliance with coding standards and healthcare regulations
• Meet productivity and quality benchmarks
• Maintain confidentiality and data security standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve coding discrepancies

Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

• Active Medical Coder License (CPC or CIC)
• Minimum 3 years of solid medical coding experience (CPT & HCPCS)
• Willing to work in a non-voice, work-from-home setup

Additional Requirements

For PHRN Coders:

• Registered Nurse (PHRN)
• 1–2 years of clinical experience

For Non-RN Coders:

• Certified Medical Coder (CPC/CIC) with required coding experience
