- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment and production machines.
- Diagnose mechanical failures and implement effective solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Supervise installation, commissioning, and testing of new mechanical systems or equipment.
- Develop maintenance schedules and monitor performance to ensure operational reliability.
- Coordinate with production, electrical, and safety teams to maintain optimal plant performance.
- Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, and documentation of mechanical assets.
- Recommend improvements in machine design, reliability, and energy efficiency.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company safety and quality standards.
- Support process improvements and assist in upgrading machinery or implementing automation.
