• Oversee and manage materials for projects, ensuring proper handling and usage. Inspect project sites to determine material requirements and assess existing conditions, including pipes and units.
• Attend pre-construction meetings to understand specific site details and project requirements.
• Manage site operations, including handling requests, securing permits, arranging gate passes, and revising mechanical plans.
• Supervise on-site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate and make necessary requests to support project progress and schedule, and oversee manpower to ensure adequate staffing for project tasks.
• Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard and meet the project’s quality requirements.
• Oversee and monitor all aspects of the project, including progress, quality, safety, and cost control.

Job Requirements:

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer
• At least 3–5 years of experience
