Responsible in creating programs for fiber laser cutting
Creating and modifying programs for fiber laser cutting and engraving machines using CAD/CAM software
Optimizing cutting paths, nesting layouts, and laser settings (speed, power, frequency) to minimize material waste and maximize efficiency.
Reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and design files.
Setting up and operating fiber laser machines, including loading materials and adjusting parameters.
Inspecting finished parts for accuracy and quality, using measuring tools and visual checks.
Working with design, engineering, and production teams to improve processes and resolve issues.
Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment.
Creating and maintaining documentation, such as work instructions and setup sheets.

Mechanical Engineer undergraduate may apply
Computer Literate
Experience with software like AutoCAD, Corel DRAW, or similar programs is essential.
Hands-on experience operating fiber laser machines is typically required.
Understanding of different materials and their properties is helpful.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Basic mechanical knowledge is often beneficial.
Understanding of quality control principles and practices.
Willing to render overtime if necessary
