The Draftsman will play a vital role in supporting our development team by producing high-quality design documentation, working drawings, and providing technical drafting support across various residential and commercial projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Draftsman or similar role
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SolidWorks
• Strong understanding of engineering and architectural principles
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of building codes and construction standards
• Associate degree or certification in drafting or related field
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate architectural and technical drawings using AutoCAD or similar CAD software
• Prepare detail drawings using SketchUp software
• Update and revise working drawings and SketchUp drawings as needed
• Ensure product designs meet required safety and structural standards
• Conduct regular site visits to the Pampanga workshop to ensure construction and project completion are in accordance with working drawings and specifications
• Perform site visits to existing and potential clients for data gathering, documentation, product inspection, and measurements
• Assist in sourcing and procurement of materials according to working drawings and costing estimates
