Description
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair Weichai diesel engines, generators, and industrial/heavy equipment.
- Diagnose engine faults and perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve service claims, and explain engine operations and maintenance procedures.
- Conduct training sessions on repair and assembly techniques for dealers, end-users, and internal staff.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Automotive, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or related technical vocational certification (TESDA NC II preferred).
- At least 1–3 years of practical experience in engine troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Skilled in using diagnostic tools, reading technical manuals, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills and fluent in English.
- Valid driver’s license (restrictions B/B1/B2) and willingness to travel (up to 75–85%).
