Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate or equivalent
• 1–2 years of experience as a mechanic or automotive technician
• Basic knowledge of gas and diesel engines
• Ability to use hand tools and basic diagnostic equipment
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Physically capable of performing mechanical tasks
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Technical or vocational training in automotive or diesel mechanics
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience working with trucks or heavy equipment
• Willing to work shifting schedule
• Willing to be assigned at Top Pinnacle Gas Corporation - Calaca, Batangas

Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Mechanic to assist in the inspection, diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of gas and diesel-powered trucks and other power equipment. The ideal candidate has basic mechanical knowledge, hands-on experience, and a strong willingness to learn and grow in the field.

Job Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, overhaul, adjust, and repair gas and diesel-powered trucks and other power equipment
• Perform general overhaul, installation, repair, replacement, and adjustment of: Bearing, Ignition systems, Transmissions and differentials, Axles and drive shafts, Steering mechanisms, Radiators and fenders and Front-end and rear suspension systems
• Conduct road tests to ensure vehicles are operating properly after repairs
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Assist senior mechanics as needed
