- Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and scheduled servicing of company vehicles.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, engine, transmission, brake, and hydraulic issues.
- Perform minor and major repairs, including part replacements and adjustments.
- Use diagnostic tools, manuals, and technical knowledge to identify faults.
- Ensure proper documentation of issues and corrective actions taken.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and parts used.
- Assist in monitoring and requesting spare parts, tools, and supplies.
- Ensure proper use, safekeeping, and maintenance of company tools and equipment.
- High school diploma or vocational course graduate in Automotive/Diesel Mechanics (TESDA NC II or equivalent preferred).
- At least 2–5 years of experience as a mechanic (light/heavy vehicle repair).
- Strong knowledge of diesel and gasoline engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
- Skilled in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
- With valid driver’s license (professional license preferred).
- Physically fit, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
