Description

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company services and grow client databases.
Create compelling content for digital platforms (social media, website, email job portals).
Collaborate with recruitment teams to promote job openings and candidate success stories.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Manage and update the company’s website and social media channels.
Coordinate marketing campaigns for job fairs, career expos, and client presentations.
Assist in creating marketing collateral including presentations, videos, and case studies.
Support the business development team with lead generation and promotional activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in marketing; sales, client engagement and recruitment, or HR industry is a plus.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, email campaigns, and social media.
Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Canva, or similar platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
