The Marketing Associate will play a key role in supporting the marketing team across digital, offline, and partnership initiatives. You’ll assist in campaign execution, content creation, event coordination, and tracking results. This is a dynamic role for someone who wants hands-on experience in marketing and growth.

1. Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across social media, email, and offline channels.
2. Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to deliver marketing materials.
3. Support paid ads campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google) with asset preparation and reporting.
4. Help manage the company’s social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and gathering insights.
5. Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
6. Support brand events, community activities, and partnerships.
7. Track campaign performance and prepare reports for the marketing team.
8. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
2. 1–2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related fields (fresh grads with internship experience are welcome).
3. Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing, and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace for reports and presentations.
