Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the overall market growth strategy for the AB project, including user acquisition, activation, and full conversion loop design.

2. Monitor market and competitor dynamics, providing actionable market insights and decision support for the project.

3. Identify and engage external resources—KOLs, media outlets, guilds, ecosystem projects, exchanges, data platforms, etc.—to establish long-term partnerships.

4. Coordinate the use of tools such as Galxe, Zealy, TaskOn, CMC campaigns, airdrops, and launchpads to design efficient customer acquisition and conversion paths.

5. Develop market budget allocation and deployment strategies (including advertising, KOL fees, and event budgets) and take responsibility for ROI.

6. Build a data analytics framework to track channel conversion (traffic → registration → wallet usage → retention), continuously optimizing the growth model.

7. Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering teams to implement growth-oriented features such as task systems, referral incentives, and tiered reward programs.


Education:

Bachelor’s degree (flexible for exceptional candidates)


Preferred Majors:

1. Marketing, Business Management, Advertising, or related fields.

2. Hands-on experience with cryptocurrency trading, on-chain data analysis, or DeFi mining is a plus.

3. Deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem: CEX/DEX, public chains, wallets, infrastructure, Layer 2, RWA, and meme-driven traffic dynamics.

4. Familiarity with crypto user acquisition channels: KOLs, communities, guilds, media placements, airdrops, co-branded events, and offline conferences.


Experience:

1. 2–4+ years in marketing or growth operations, with proven success in Web3 project growth preferred.

2. Independently managed or led at least 1–2 successful campaigns (e.g., project cold launches, exchange listings, events, or ecosystem promotions).

3. Candidates with established traffic partnerships (KOLs, media, communities, guilds) and strong business negotiation skills will be prioritized.


Additional Requirements:

1. Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and build basic analytics reports (Google Analytics, data platforms, on-chain metrics, etc.).

2. Results-oriented, able to handle KPI pressure and take full ownership of growth targets.

3. Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and adaptability to remote, multi–time-zone collaboration.

4. Bonus: Fluent English communication, clear logical thinking, and independent strategic planning capabilities beyond execution.


Compensation: 1800 USD–2200 USD + 1000 USD performance bonus (negotiable for outstanding candidates)
