Job Description
- 会社の戦略目標に基づき、海外市場向けのプロモーション戦略を策定および実施し、ブランド認知度および市場シェアの向上を図ります。
- 海外市場における競合分析および業界動向の調査を担当し、データサポートを提供しながら市場プロモーション計画の最適化を行います。
- 海外での広告掲載、メディアプロモーション、ソーシャルプラットフォーム運用などの調整および管理を行い、ユーザーの成長と活動の促進を目指します。
- 現地の海外チームと連携し、マーケティング施策を実施し、その効果を監視するとともに、タイムリーにマーケティング戦略の調整を行います。
- 海外市場におけるユーザーのフィードバックを追跡し、市場動向を分析し、製品改善への提案を行います。
- 海外市場の業務プロセスを日常的に確立および維持し、プロジェクトが期限内に完了し期待される成果を達成できるよう努めます。
- 海外市場におけるカスタマーサービスおよびコミュニケーションをサポートし、顧客満足度の向上を実現します。
- 上司から割り当てられたその他の業務を遂行します。
