About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist with a strong background in the cosmetics or beauty industry. The ideal candidate is experienced in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management, with a passion for beauty trends and branding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
• Create compelling visuals and promotional materials using Canva or other editing tools
• Manage and schedule posts across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Drives online sales and strategy across e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, Shopify), managing and joining campaigns, listings, and performance metrics.
• Enhances online engagement through strategic initiatives, creative content, and consistent branding.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with brand goals
• Stay informed on beauty industry trends and competitors

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry
• Proficiency in Canva and other editing/design tools
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies
• Must have a portfolio showcasing previous marketing or design work
• Excellent communication skills and attention to visual detail
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Must be willing to work on-site in Bahay Toro, Quezon City
