Responsibilities

  • Strategy and planning: Develop, test, and adjust marketing strategies based on market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer research. 
  • Campaign management: Implement and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, coordinating with creative teams to produce materials like website content, social media posts, and promotional items. 
  • Content creation: Write and edit marketing copy and other content to ensure brand consistency and alignment with campaign goals. 
  • Social media management: Oversee a company's social media channels, creating engaging content and ensuring a consistent brand voice. 
  • Data analysis and reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance, using data to generate insights and inform future strategies. 


Required skills and qualifications

  • Research skills: Ability to conduct market research, gather data, and identify trends and factors that influence consumer behavior. 
  • Analytical skills: Competence in analyzing campaign data and translating it into actionable insights. 
  • Technical proficiency: Familiarity with marketing tools, digital advertising, content management systems, and social media platforms. 
  • Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with other departments like sales, product development, and customer service. 
  • Creativity: Ability to develop creative ideas for marketing materials and campaigns that build brand awareness and customer connection. 


Job Requirements

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field is generally required.
  • Data-driven mindset: The ability to use data to make informed decisions and identify forward-thinking techniques is a key requirement.
