This postion is responsible for supporting brand building through omnibus marketing initiatives. Primarily handles corporate communications, and assists other teams within the organization, as well as key sales groups needing marketing support. This role also focuses on unifying and leading all efforts relevant to corporate communications as well as ensures consistent upholding of  ALVEO brand across all initiatives and key customer touchpoints.



1. Graduate of any business course preferably Marketing, Advertising or Management major with Brand Management, Market Research and Digital Analytics background. 

2. Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience in real estate/other related industries and/or handled various marketing functions. 

3. High proficiency in all aspects of communication including oral, written, presentation and negotiation skills. 

4. With strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to partner with other PET members, external marketing agencies/firms and other stakeholders. 

5. With critical thinking, creative/aesthetic and analytical skills. 

6. Proficient project management skills. 

7. Highly proficient in various software applications such as SAP, MS Office applications – MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. 

8. With business/financial acumen in relation to market/competition trends, positioning, brand management, and business processes/operations. 

9. Can deal and handle non-critical to (low) complex and critical marketing-related problems and tasks. 

10. Keen on details specifically on value proposition creation, marketing initiatives/efforts, research, materials and/other resources.
