We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Operations Specialist to help execute and manage B2B Marketing campaigns across HubSpot, Salesforce, and CMS platforms. This is a doer’s role where you’ll build, troubleshoot, and optimize campaigns, ensuring everything runs smoothly while supporting the team with practical, technical solutions.


  • Build and maintain landing pages, microsites, emails, and other campaign assets using CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, and HubSpot CMS
  • Execute and optimize B2B marketing campaigns, including email nurture sequences, webinars, forms, and gated content
  • Set up and manage marketing automation workflows and lead generation funnels using platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zoho
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, data sync mismatches, tracking errors, and CMS-related bugs across marketing and CRM systems
  • Monitor and maintain CRM data hygiene through uploads, deduplication, segmentation, and lifecycle management to ensure reliable reporting and campaign performance
  • Provide responsive, hands-on support to internal stakeholders or clients, addressing requests related to campaign execution, content changes, or tracking setup
  • Manage and analyze paid media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, ensuring alignment with CRM data and lead tracking
  • Collaborate with teams to build and maintain custom reports and dashboards that provide insights into campaign performance and lead lifecycle stages
  • Ensure accurate setup and integration of webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom Events) into marketing systems for attendee tracking, follow-up, and list automation
  • Maintain familiarity with HTML/CSS to make minor updates and ensure responsive formatting of emails and web content

Requirements

  • 3–4+ years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing operations, marketing automation, or digital campaign execution (agency experience is a plus)
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot—including workflows, forms, emails, lists, and lifecycle stages
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRMs, with an understanding of field mapping, segmentation, and data syncing
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or HubSpot CMS, and comfortable building, editing, and troubleshooting content
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve sync issues, data mismatches, or automation/workflow errors across integrated tools
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS to troubleshoot emails, landing pages, and other web content
  • Confident using tools like Zoom EventsGoogle Ads, or LinkedIn Ads for campaign execution and tracking
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) for campaign data and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-first mindset, and the ability to explain technical issues in a clear, solutions-oriented way
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple projects independently without sacrificing quality
