Position: Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, strengthen brand messaging, and generate leads for Hiessence products. This role requires a creative and data-driven professional who can oversee campaigns, branding initiatives, and digital activations to establish Hiessence as a market leader in the wellness and home fragrance industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and implement marketing initiatives for Hiessence’s aromatic diffusers and related product lines.
  • Drive brand visibility through innovative campaigns, partnerships, events, and digital channels.
  • Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all communication platforms.
  • Develop and execute strategies for lead generation through both online and offline marketing activities.
  • Oversee branding efforts, including visual identity, storytelling, and market positioning.
  • Manage and optimize social media presence, influencer partnerships, and digital advertisements to boost engagement.
  • Handle all Hiessence social media accounts and online brand activities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and present reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and creative teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns and activities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in consumer goods, lifestyle, fragrance, or wellness brands.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and lead generation strategies.
  • Proven track record in managing successful campaigns that boost brand visibility and engagement.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with a strong grasp of consumer behavior and market trends.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management.
