Job Overview

We're looking for an experienced Regional Marketing Manager who brings strong PR instincts and a passion for storytelling. This role is ideal for someone who can bridge global brand direction with local relevance, while leading public communications and regional campaigns that resonate with media, KOLs, and communities in the local markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Localize and implement global marketing strategies tailored to your region.
  • Develop and manage media resources, including paid media, earned media, arranging interviews, and handling press inquiries.
  • Work closely with the HQ PR team to manage press releases, media kits, and speaking opportunities.
  • Coordinate regional campaigns, AMAs, and online/offline activations in sync with product and BD teams.
  • Own the PR calendar for your region, monitor media sentiment, and handle basic crisis communications.
  • Track marketing KPIs and report campaign results and regional insights regularly.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in marketing, with proven regional experience and strong media/PR background.
  • Prior experience in crypto/Web3, fintech, or tech industries is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English and local language.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work across time zones and teams.
  • Experience with tools like Notion, HubSpot, and X (Twitter) is a plus.
