Duties & Responsibilities:

• Execute marketing projects and campaigns using our technology stack (Keap/Infusionsoft, WordPress + Elementor, ClickUp, etc.).
• Manage and update our CRM, CMS, email marketing, and automation tools.
• Ensure seamless content publication across web pages, landing pages, and email marketing.
• Conduct light video editing and graphic design tasks.
• Set up and monitor tracking links, SEO configurations, and campaign analytics.
• Maintain quality assurance (QA) for marketing campaigns and funnels.
• Work closely with our partner network to execute co-marketing strategies.
• Manage partner-related projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with goals.
• Support weekly workshops, planning meetings, and collaborative initiatives with external vendors.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Able to make decisions, take ownership, and drive results.
• Strong ability to work with digital marketing tools such as Keap/Infusionsoft, ClickUp, WordPress, Canva, Adobe Suite, Zapier, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks efficiently.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in WordPress content updates, SEO (Yoast), and landing page creation.
• Basic video editing and graphic design skills (Canva, Screenflow, iMovie, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Experience gathering and reporting on marketing metrics from sources like Google Analytics, Facebook/Google Ad Manager, and Keap.
• Prior project management experience in a remote environment.
• Previous experience working with external vendors and partners is a plus.
