Marketing Manager in Quezon City upto 50k

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve business growth and brand objectives.
• Plan, manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, content, events, traditional advertising).
• Handle planning, scheduling, and execution of social media postings and content across all platforms to ensure consistent engagement and brand alignment.
• Lead brand management efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and strong ROI.
• Stay updated on emerging marketing tools, technologies, and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing or brand management.
• Proven track record in campaign execution and measurable growth outcomes.
• Experience in the cosmetics/skincare/beauty industry is a strong plus.
• Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools such as Google Analytics) and comfortable with budget management.
• Excellent leadership, communication and project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external agencies/vendors.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative campaigns, adapt to changing market conditions and continuously optimize performance.
