Description

Brand Management and Development

  • Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution, and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities
  • Build and maintain strong brand positioning for condiments (e.g., soy sauce, vinegar, fish sauce)
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing platforms

Market Research and Consumer Insights

  • Gather data on consumer behavior, product feedback, and competitive products.
  • Analyzes food trends, market situation, changes and factors contributing to situation which may affect company objectives, especially in the local and regional markets
  • Use market intelligence and customer insight and analysis to increase understanding of our audiences, effectiveness of our campaigns, increase customer conversions and generate more qualified leads

Sales and Market Share Growth Support

  • Coordinate marketing initiatives to support sales targets and volume growth
  • Align with sales team on trade promotions, pricing, and new product launches

Promotional Campaigns

  • Design and implement advertising, PR, trade promotions, and digital marketing
  • Manage product samplings, events, or activation in wet markets, groceries, or modern trade
  • Ensures the promotion and advertising are carried out according to customer potentials and needs

Digital Marketing and E-commerce

  • Grow online presence via Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Lazada, Shopee, etc
  • Create content strategies that increase engagement and online sales

New Product Development (NPD) Support

  • Conduct feasibility studies and contribute to product concept development
  • Coordinate packaging design and go-to-market plans

Trade and Distributor Marketing

  • Provide marketing collaterals, promo plans, and trade incentives
  • Monitor performance of distributor-driven promotions
  • Visiting the points of sale regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are respected.

Budget Management

  • Optimize use of marketing budget aligned with ROI and strategic goals


 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, and/or any related field
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Marketing (Trade/Digital)
  • Proven success in designing interactive applications and networking platforms
