Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels to achieve business objectives and drive brand growth
  • Establish, track, and report on key marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media campaigns, and paid advertising with strong focus on performance measurement
  • Manage the development and distribution of point-of-sale and promotional materials (EOS) including logistics and vendor coordination
  • Design and execute lead generation campaigns across multiple platforms with particular emphasis on Google, TikTok, and other relevant channels
  • Build comprehensive marketing dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor performance, identify trends, and optimize marketing investments
  • Effectively manage relationships with external marketing agencies and vendors to ensure quality deliverables within budget and timelines
  • Coordinate product launches, retail promotions, and marketing events while tracking impact metrics to quantify success and inform future strategies


Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or studies in a field related to marketing, communication, or advertising.
  • 5+ years of experience as a versatile marketer with a strong focus on data-driven marketing, with a proven track record of experimentation, testing, and delivering results at scale through growth marketing, brand marketing, and 360 marketing.
  • Result in digital marketing, branding, and delivering commercial KPIs (e.g., customer lifetime value, CAC, ROI, etc.), with a strong action-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with basic SQL analysis and Google Suite.
  • Strong project management skills to lead and execute all aspects of marketing programs, including budgeting, planning, and reporting.
  • Experience in scaling new brands, including establishing agency relationships, implementing new processes, and creating mechanisms for growth. Experience with marketing-led growth in a startup environment is a plus.
  • Experience in trade marketing, point-of-sale materials, and in-store merchandising; digital marketing and advertising, including Google and Facebook Ads, and other direct-to-consumer acquisition channels is a plus.
  • Proven experience in both Digital Marketing and Trade Marketing.
  • Background in OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or Retail environments is highly preferred.
  • Trade Marketing expertise including: Production and management of Point-of-Sale (POS) materials. | Coordination with suppliers, printers, and logistics partners.
  • Digital Marketing skills with hands-on experience in: Lead generation campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and TikTok. Tracking, analyzing, and optimizing campaign performance using key metrics and KPIs..
