• We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support the sales team. The role involves marketing campaigns, client presentations, and fieldwork alongside the sales team. Candidates with construction or real estate experience are preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline) to promote company products.
• Produce marketing materials and support sales initiatives.
• Conduct 1-2 client presentations per day and collaborate with the sales team.
• Be out in the field daily, attending client meetings and site visits.
• Analyze market trends and track campaign performance.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or Business Administration.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in marketing, sales coordination, and presentations.
