Description
- Coordinate logistics for events, ensuring smooth execution.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
- Assist in budgeting and financial tracking.
- Support marketing efforts, including promotions and communications.
- Oversee on-site operations and troubleshooting during events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for event planning and execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in event planning or operations.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong collaboration, business analysis, budgeting, and project management skills. Proficient in MS Office, Canva, and content moderation.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage event logistics, coordinate with vendors, assist in budgeting, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, customer-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
