Job Description
- Initiates and monitor approval of purchase request and order of marketing materials
- Liaise with the product managers for agency requirements e.g. artwork and events costing
- Organize stocking and distribution of marketing materials to relevant stakeholders
- Help with the planning & hosting of marketing events both for internal & external partners
- Overall support to the marketing director
- At least 2 years administrative experience supporting a commercial team
- Takes initiative with outstanding multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge on the use of systems such
- Prefer: with working experience in phamaceutical company
