Description

Assist with scheduling, meetings, and project coordination.
Prepare proposals, reports, and client documents.
Create/edit marketing collaterals and social media posts.
Support owner with admin, operations, and sourcing tasks.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
Open to fresh graduates or entry-level candidates eager to learn.
Less than 1 year in admin, marketing, or assistant role; internship/freelance experience is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in Canva; familiar with Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere).
Comfortable with project/task management tools (Trello, ClickUp, Notion).
Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable.
Flexible and resourceful; eager to learn.
Trustworthy and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Creative eye for design and presentation.
