  • Researching and identifying potential franchise partners that meet the company's criteria
  • Conducting market analyses to assess the viability of new franchise locations
  • Preparing and presenting franchise proposals to prospective partners
  • Negotiating franchise agreements and managing the onboarding process
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to existing franchise owners
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to promote the franchise offering
  • Monitoring franchise performance and providing recommendations for improvement

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in franchise sales, business development or a related field
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with the franchise industry and current market trends
  • A proven track record of successfully securing new franchise partnerships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for entrepreneurship and supporting the growth of small businesses
