Manage and process customer orders through e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, website, etc.).
Ensure order data, inventory, and product information are accurately updated in the system.
Address customer inquiries and complaints via chat, email, or social media promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with the warehouse and shipping teams to ensure orders are dispatched on time.
Generate periodic reports on sales, returns, and store performance.
Input and update product listings including descriptions, prices, and product images.
Assist in promotional operations such as entering vouchers, discounts, and store campaigns.
Ensure administrative processes are conducted in accordance with SOPs and company policies.

Minimum education of high school/vocational school, preferably Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or equivalent.
Experience in e-commerce or administration is an advantage.
Proficient in using computers and marketplace platforms.
Detail-oriented, quick learner, and able to work under pressure.
Communicative, friendly, and possesses good customer service skills.
Able to work individually as well as in a team.
