Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement workforce plans together with the Workforce Senior Manager that align with organizational goals
  • End to end business delivery, develop and implement contingency planning, leading to coordination with all stakeholders to identify opportunity areas for service improvement and cost efficiency results
  • Drive Business benefits through self-initiated projects and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Scheduling and Real-time management team
  • Providing thoughts and direction to leadership with abilities to work hands-on, analysis projects
  • Provide guidance and support to both real-time and scheduling team
  • Review established performance objectives and maintained discipline within the team
  • Lead and motivate teams to achieve high performance
  • Develop and manage partnerships, and oversee relationships with external stakeholders, including operations, vendors, and business partners


What skills/attributes are a must have:

  • 5+ years of experience in workforce management
  • 5+ years of experience in leading an international team from (PH/US/IND) and implementing workforce strategies.
  • 4+ years of experience with workforce management tools and principles
  • Strong leadership and time management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage resources efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Business acumen and understanding of industry trends
  • Proficiency in MS Office and WFM Tools (IEX, Intradiem)
