Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent service.
• Prepare tea drinks and other beverages following standard recipes and procedures.
• Assist and guide team members in their daily tasks to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Conduct inventory checks and manage stock levels.
• Perform administrative tasks related to store management.
• Work as part of a dynamic and energetic team to enhance customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality control standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, or related field.
• At least 1 – 2 years of experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in the food and beverage industry.
• Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service is preferred.
• Willingness to undergo training and continuously learn about food and beverage operations.
• Exceptional listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Good command of the English language.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Experience in using POS systems and handling cash transactions is an advantage.
