SERVICE EXECUTIVE:

• Assist Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operation and ensure Restaurant operation is properly maintained
• Responsible for planning weekly/monthly schedule of manpower and make essential decision when necessary
• Liaise with superiors and top management when necessary
• Generate reports and present them to top management

ASPIRING CHEF:

• Hot/Cold cooking and ensure and maintain all inventories are in order/sufficient
• Ensure the efficiency of kitchen operation is properly maintained and make essential decisions when necessary
• Responsible for planning weekly/monthly schedule of manpower
• Liaise with superiors and top management when necessary

• High energy and a strong passion for delighting customers
• Basic management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Able to commit to On-The-Job-training by the employer
• Customer oriented and good communication skills
• Candidates are required to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays and willingness to stand
