Description

  • Install, repair, renovation of Don Benito's branches and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
  • Perform plumbing installations and repairs, assist in carpentry tasks, conduct minor electrical work, and undertake painting jobs.
  • Collaborate with Managers for project completion.
  • Respond to emergency plumbing repairs promptly.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections.
  • Document work performed and materials used.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Education degree not required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical skills, and wall painting.
  • Working Conditions: Often works in residential and commercial settings, both indoors and outdoors, may involve physical labor.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and good communication skills.
