Job Summary :

• Operate and troubleshoot machines, parameter, and equipment in accordance to the order of established procedures to attain quality, efficiency, and safety in the production area.

Specific duties and responsibilities :

• Conduct pre-shift turn -over to incoming process technician covering the 4M's performance during the shift.
• Conduct periodic recording of parameter setting at prescribe record book.
• Responsible in finished goods turn-over to the next process.
• Set-up and prepare extrusion and belling machine for operation by setting the standard parameter.
• Loading of RAW materials and adjusting equipment setting based on product specification.
• Operate and monitor the extrusion process closely, making real time adjustments to equipment settings to maintain product quality and output efficiency.
• Assist in training new member on the operation and maintenance of extrusion equipment.
• Responsible in 5s in the working area
• Comply with all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment and minimize workplace hazards.
• Perform other related task as assigned by immediate superior.

Qualifications :

• Highschool diploma or vocational/technical courses an advantage
• Minimum of 6 months or 1 year of experience as a Machine Operator or Process technician.
• Ability to read and interpret technical document, work instructions, and safety guidelines.
