Requirements

- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in operating and maintaining hatchery equipment, understanding poultry production processes, and troubleshooting mechanical issues.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Operate hatchery machines, monitor equipment performance, ensure compliance with safety standards, and assist in poultry management tasks.
- Working Conditions: Typically works in a hatchery environment requiring adherence to health and safety protocols, with varying shifts.
