• Oversee the logistics and delivery operations to ensure timely and efficient service
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to manage delivery schedules and logistics strategies
• Analyze delivery operations performance and implement improvements for efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all logistics activities
• Manage and develop the logistics team, providing training and resources to increase productivity

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in logistics, transport, or delivery operations, preferably in PNG or similar markets
• Strong knowledge of international and domestic shipping procedures, customs regulations, and freight documentation
• Proven ability to manage large teams and multi-site operations
• Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure
