We are looking for a Logistics Officer who will make sure client orders are delivered on time, correct, and at the best possible cost. This role involves handling daily deliveries, coordinating with couriers, and working closely with the Inventory team to ensure accuracy, speed, and good customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage daily delivery schedules based on confirmed orders.
• Work with the Inventory team to make sure the right items are picked, packed, and ready for dispatch.
• Arrange courier bookings, pickups, urgent requests, and special deliveries.
• Track deliveries, handle delays, and maintain good relationships with courier partners.
• Suggest and apply improvements to make logistics faster and more cost-efficient.
• Keep delivery records, courier receipts, and other documents updated and accurate.
• Keep dispatch areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Do physical deliveries or drop-offs when needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Work experience in logistics, fulfillment, retail, or e-commerce (preferred).
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of courier systems, tracking tools, and basic inventory processes.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel.
• Physically fit and able to handle lifting or stock movement.
• Holder of a valid driver’s license (motorcycle and 4-wheel vehicles).
