• Arrange and coordinate logistics shipments (land/sea/air) for provincial deliveries.
• Prepare accurate quarterly inventory reports and submit within required timelines.
• Monitor consumption reports and manage monthly stocking of fast-moving items.
• Receive and schedule shipments, manage freight operations, and maintain complete and accurate shipping and logistics documentation.
• Oversee daily scheduling and dispatching of company drivers.
• Address and resolve logistics concerns such as shipment delays, urgent/rush orders, routing adjustments, and other delivery-related issues.
• Support and assist in other warehouse and inventory tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Vocational or Bachelor’s degree course
• With experience in logistics monitoring and coordination
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in local logistics handling (land, sea, and air freight)
• With experience in creating and managing drivers’ schedules
• Familiar in Metro Manila routes
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Knowledgeable in Warehouse SOP
• Familiar with ERP or SAP system (an advantage)
• Willing to work onsite in Pasig City
• Can start immediately
