Responsible for the safe and timely delivery of insurance policies and related documents to clients.
Assign delivery routes to ensure efficient and accurate distribution of policies.
Verify the accuracy of policy documents and related materials before departure for each delivery.
Provide excellent customer service during policy deliveries, addressing client inquiries and concerns as needed.
Maintain proper documentation and records of delivered policies, obtaining required signatures as necessary.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for secure and confidential delivery of sensitive documents.
Report any delivery-related issues, delays, or discrepancies promptly to the dispatcher.
Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the company-owned delivery vehicle and report any maintenance needs. Check and verify various payment methods, including cash, e-wallet, bank transfers, and checks, before and upon delivery.
Ensure that payments received are accurate and properly documented, following established procedures.
Handle payment-related inquiries and issues professionally, escalating when necessary.
Perform other related duties assigned by the Management as the business direction requires.
