The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain process for Acerpure appliances—from order requests to import/export logistics. This role ensures the timely and compliant movement of goods while coordinating with internal teams, external suppliers, and government agencies. The position also supports documentation and regulatory compliance, particularly with DTI and DOE requirements.

• Coordinate and monitor order requests from internal departments and external partners.
• Facilitate appliance import and export processes, including booking shipments and preparing customs documentation.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods to warehouses or customers.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment planning.
• Ensure compliance with DTI (Department of Trade and Industry) and DOE (Department of Energy) requirements for product registration, labeling, and energy efficiency standards.
• Maintain and update regulatory documentation and certifications.
• Prepare and maintain shipping, customs, and compliance records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or import/export operations.
• Hands-on experience in handling consumer appliances (small and large) or consumer electronics is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with DTI and DOE regulatory requirements is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in an appliance or consumer electronics company is preferred.
