The candidate to be chosen will be handling the following tasks:

• Responsible for handling delivery activity and transactions of the company.
• Responsible for timely monitoring and reporting of Kanban status and backlogs.
• Coordinate and monitor with the truck service provider, and the availability of the truck assigned per route.
• Timely preparation and submission of dispatch slip to the truck service provider before the actual dispatch.
• Monitor the truck movement, dispatch and arrival at designated origin and destination based on the dispatch instruction.
• Responsible in the completion of delivery documents.
• Timely reporting of concerns, issues, problems and/or incidents related to delivery.
• Supports in PEZA lodgment in the absence of Impex Staff.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree of 4-year course.
• With experience in Warehouse or Delivery Coordinator/Assistant.
• With critical thinking skills. Can handle conflicts and problems, and has good communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in PEZA and BOC documents.
